Nylangan, takes great pride in offering the best to all our valued customers. We have complete faith in the quality of our merchandise. However, if you face any issue with the quality of our products, we will be glad to exchange the same within 10 days from the date of delivery. In order to ensure hassle-free service, we accept exchange requests only if the product is accompanied by the invoice and the tag. Exchanges can be made on all days. Exchanges shall not be made on used, soiled, washed, altered or damaged products. We request you to send your queries / feedback at hello@nylangan.com

In order for the return / exchange to be processed, the following conditions have to be met:

  • The return / exchange products must have reached the company within the stipulated time.
  • It should be new, unworn and with tags intact.
  • The return packet should be approved of not being damaged / missing item by the quality check team to initiate refund / exchange.

Once these conditions are met, the refund / exchange shall be processed within one week of the receipt of goods. The refund amount will be processed via credit, and will reflect in your account on Nylangan.com

Wear & Tear:

Fittings: The fitting of merchandise might lose its authentic fitting and might lose shine with usage. The usually happens over time due to machine washing, weather conditions & rough usage and cannot be accounted as a defect.

Fabric: Our products consist of hand-woven fabrics, natural and print dying that might vary slightly from time to time. The digitally printed canvas / fabric used in our products might also vary in different parts and patches due to the general property of the fabric.

In case of damage:

Any product that has been hampered or damaged while transportation must be notified by email within 48 hours of the product being delivered and a return request needs to be generated on the website mentioning the reason for return, else Nylangan will not be liable to accept the merchandise. We will investigate the damage from our end, repair the merchandise or send another merchandise and courier it back to the designated address.

Nylangan acknowledges return of products only limited to direct sale between vendor and consumer. This only entails sale online, and not through retail outlets.
